Our service is simply "pay per use" - you are only ever charged for the resources used, as and when required.  This allows your business to flex up to meet demanding periods, or to cover holidays, without the need to scale your own resources to meet peak demand, and having them under utilised during quieter periods.  You don't pay for our holiday leave, we pay our own tax and NI and we don't ask for an hour off for lunch. 

Virtual support is paticularly suited to entrepreneurs, sole traders and small businesses who wish to retain the services of a secretary but do not want to commit to employing a full or part-time member of staff, and taking on all the costs associated with that.  Larger companies take advantage of the services by out-sourcing their overflow of secretarial work to VirSec, rather than commissioning inconsistent and often inexperienced temps. 

The services are totally flexible - one of our key strengths is that we are not bound by traditional office hours or working practices.  We can complete work to very demanding timescales.  We understand each client has different secretarial requirements and work closely with each in order to deliver a carefully tailored solution.
